JC White Company is excited to add the Houston Astros Minute Maid Park to our Supplier list of clients. Selecting a client for their field equipment needs required a client who could meet the National Baseball standards for lubricants. Our Swepco 737 HD ECO pro Biodegradable Hydraulic fluids that want harm sensitive areas was a perfect choice. They also buy Swepco 104 high heat non melt grease, for all their equipment and the roof chain, and gears, they also purchase Swepco 201 Gear lube for the train in center Field.
State Farm Stadium Glendale AZ
We were approached by management to supply High Heat Non-Melt Grease. With temperatures ranging from 100 - 115 they needed an effective high heat non melt grease that would not melt and hold in bearings. We recommended Swepco 101 moly grease, swepco 104 High Heat non melt grease, and the results extremely positive. No Bering loss, and the corrosive issues has been eliminated totally.
Disney World Florida
With high humidity and constant issues with precipitation rust and corrosion was a major issue at the theme park. Due to rising cost for repairs, We were asked to provide a solution to their rising cost in repairs to bearings and equipment. We approached management on high heat non melt anti corrosive grease to stop bearing loses, and corrosion, we also recommended they address all rides seats with a spray moly lube. to prevent rust. We recommended Swepco 333 Ful Synthetic Engine Oil for most major rides, and Swepco 201, 202, gear lube for more robust rides. The end Results after 6 months were surprising, no breakdowns in equipment and no rust and corrosive issues.
Disneyland California
Due to rising and soaring cost for repairs that has plaque the Complex for year. We were approached management to present a solution to all Corrosion Issues in Florida and California. The Solution was simple. all Equipment uses Swepco 123 Grease for Salt Water and high humidity conditions, swepco 333, full Synthetic engine oil, swepco 737 HD Biodegradable Hydraulic Fluid, and Swepco 201, 202 gear lubes for all high impact rides and equipment.
